Dear Laurent & Novalys team,
This past month, we had the opportunity to travel to Peru and discover a wonderful country.
This trip has started several months ago when, surfing on the Internet, I have found the Novalys agency. We knew we wanted to travel to Peru but we would have never imagined that it could fit our dreams, thanks to the professionalism of the team Novalys.
We especially wish to thank Laurent for his wonderful work, as he has suggested us such a perfect trip. From the beginning, he knew what were our tastes and desires and he transcribed them through an unforgettable tour. Lima, Arequipa, the Colca Canyon, Lake Titicaca, Cusco, Machu Picchu, Puerto Maldonado (Amazonia) … Amazing!
Through our experience in travel, we know how difficult it is that everything goes well, but in Peru, we felt something very special. Gorgeous hotels, with a particular attention to our needs, excellent locations and all their amenities to match the best in the world. The gastronomy was spectacular in all hotels and restaurants that we had been recommended and reserved by Novalys. The different guides who accompanied us throughout the trip, we learned Peru through many points of view, and especially as we felt at home. Thank you all for your dedication.
For us it was the best trip of our lives and we encourage all those who want to live a unique experience, prepared with care by Laurent and his team. Peruvians and their hospitality contributed equally to this trip so memorable.
Laurent, one day, you have been embarked on this challenge. This trip was very important for us, for many reasons that you know beforehand. Actually, it exceeded all our expectations. We had a wonderful stay.

We note the professional competence of the agency, the attention paid to detail during our stay and our satisfaction.
The originality was to rendezvous with human experiences and surprises few nice touches.

We have just return in end November, from an extraordinary travel for 18 days to Peru. An exclusive tailor-made travel prepared by hand of “maître” Laurent from the travel agency NOVALYS. Before leaving, I consulted many French travel agencies specialized in the “a la carte” travel style. Since my travel last year with a prestigious Paris agency had presented a lot of troubles to the lack of ability to react our destination), I decided to contact several Peruvian French-speaking agencies. In equal service, the Novalys agency was 20 % cheaper than the French agencies.
Novalys proposes an luxury (haut de gamme) travel, called “Royal Pleasure”, and i just can say that i had my investment in return: Luxury cruise upon the Amazon river, 5 * accommodations in Arequipa, Colca Canyon Region, Titicaca lake, Machu Picchu surroundings, Peruvian cuisine lessons, massage sessions, dance lessons, home staying with a local family in the Titicaca, spontaneous divinatory session with a shaman and coca leaves lecture. Laurent really gives its best for you. Before leaving I had an uncomfortable feeling by doing a bank transfer to the Novalys Society bank account. But do not be afraid, everything turns out ok and in reliable ways.
Laurent comes personally in your arrival day at the airport and he gives us mobile telephones so we can keep in communication 24/24h. Besides being a CEO he becomes anytime a personal assistant to solve any kind of problem, even if it’s only a translation trouble. He negotiates quite very well because if I had reserved hotels, restaurants, excursions by myself the rates would have been more expensive. And with him, everything is well scheduled, just like clockwork. At the planned hour, the taxi and the French-speaking come to look for you to the hotel, take you to the restaurant. Guides have a huge culture of their country. According to your interest, they can fathom any subject you desire. The schedule can be modified according to your timing. Even if you have particular requests (an special book in French, Peruvian seeds), if your flight is delayed, Laurent does not let you wait for hours at the airport. He takes care of you; he takes you out for an excursion or visits not planned in the original trip sheet. I call that GRAND ART.
I often travel in tailor-made style and his is the first time that the travel agency performance reaches such a quality of service. Thank you Novalys, Thank you Laurent, what shame that you only run Peru, Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador and Argentina (that I have already visited).

Back to France after a wonderful trip in Peru (for me and my children, and probably one of the best trips that I have realized). We have begun this stay with an evening in Lima, then Cusco and Ollantaytambo to go to the Machu Picchu (the cherry on the cake).
Extraordinary trek, with a perfect organization in sumptuous and different hostels. To end this stay, 10 days in a splendid villa with a swimming-pool, close to Mancora (wonderful beaches and fabulous weather), with domestics, guard, employee and chef (very good Peruvian local cuisine), In order to take benefit of these holidays.
Well done Novalys, we will be back.

Our weeding was wonderful and Peru will crown this magic moment. We weren’t sure to come in December but after a long conversation with Laurent we have decided to visit the South of Peru with Arequipa, Puno, Cusco, and Amazonia and at the end the North coast, in Mancora, in a small heaven.
