Trip Annulation by the Traveler.

In case the traveler desires to annul the trip (for any reason), he must subject to closing terms below:

Surely of repatriation.

It is advised to pay to his international flight with his credit card then this way of payment has in general a repatriation insurance. Infórmense with its bank. In the opposite case, to subscribe an insurance with an insurance organism.

• Before 45 days, the reservation money given in advance will be reimbursed except 25 Euros (transaction expenses) or other service already hired by Novalys (with its respective justificatory facture).
• Among 45 and 30 days before depart, 50% of reservation money will be retained. Less than 30 days: 100% of the price will be retained. If you don’t respect the depart dates or the interruption of the trip by one of your travel partners, there won’t be any reimbursement.
• Trip Annulation by NOVALYS.

At 15 days before your depart, Novalys authorizes the annulation or to modification of the trip, in case the travel group is not complete. We’ll present you another a purpose, with a supplement price, or a dates changed (this doesn’t mean that you cannot cancel your trip and be reimbursed). If you doesn’t have and particular insurance for your international flight, Novalys could not assume the responsibility to reimburse your flight ticket. Novalys can annul or modify everything in extreme matter situations (revolts, national security alert, earthquake …) . Novalys could not be responsible for all modification or cancellation, but we’ll be the only judge to assure the security of the travel participants.

Flights.

In case of national flights schedule changes (delay, strikes and other several air traffic disturbances) should be cleared up by the traveler and its flights company. Novalys could not be responsible for the supplementary expenses.

Luggage.

In case of air company changes, the airline company is responsible for your luggage. All litigation during the transfers must be directly treated between the client and the airline company. During your voyage in Peru, your luggage is your responsibility, Novalys could not be responsible.

Requirements.

Each participant must respect the regulation and the Peruvian laws (passport, visa, vaccinations, among other documents…) during the whole trip. Even the fulfillment of the customs requirements of the country regulating the export of illegal substances. The non respect of these requirements, the negativity from the traveler to present its documents the day of the exit, every delay, implies the responsibility of the participant who will assume these expenses.

Repatriation Assurance.

We advice to pay to your international flight with your credit card thus you’ll automatically a repatriation insurance. Ask for more information in your bank office. In the opposite case, you can to subscribe a insurance with an reliable organism.

Individual Assurance.

Novalys advises you to subscribe in personal assistance insurance. We will request the presentation of this subscription at your arrival. If they reject that subscription, you will assume this responsibility. In this case, Novalys will present a disclaimer at your arrival.

Local Risks.

Each participant must be conscious about local the local risks (distance from medical centers, lacks communication accessibility, bad infrastructure in certain museums…) and to the activities. Each one assumes these risks and which are out of NOVALYS organization and will. If the circumstances are extreme (climatic reasons or unexpected events), Novalys reserves itself the right to modify the transport, lodging or the itineraries. The dates and the schedules of exit also can be modified without compensating the participant. Novalys reserves itself the right to reject a participant from the group whose behavior can expose the security of the other participants. That person would not receive any indemnification.

Rates.

Our tariffs are susceptible to modifications because of the monetary fluctuations (air company tariffs, or the rights of several visit places). In this case, we’ll present you a new budget, subject to you acceptation or cancelation.

Litigation.

In case of hen there is litigation between the participants of Novalys, we’ll only treat the written requests. Novalys will review each request according to the Peruvian laws. In this precise case, our objective will be: Honesty and the Satisfaction of both sides.
