DAY 1:

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT – BUENOS AIRES. (Plane)

Upon your arrival at the international airport of Buenos Aires, Ministro Pistarini de Ezeiza, you will be welcomed by a Novalys representative. Transfer and installation in your hostel. Your guide will be waiting for you in the hostel lounge, with a wine glass comes from Argentina. DAY 2:

BUENOS AIRES – BARILOCHE – CIRCUITO CHICO – BARILOCHE. (Private Pan / Plane).

Departure in a private van to the international airport of Buenos Aires for your flight to San Carlos de Bariloche, capital of one of the most beautiful Argentina’s areas, at the feet of the Andean Cordillera and on the famous Seven Lacks road : Patagonia. Upon you arrival, you will be welcomed by your guide. Transfer to your hostel.

After your installation, departure for our first excursion in the middle of Patagonia. We will go along the south bank of the Nahuel Huapi lack to join the Peninsula of Llao Llao. During this journey, we will do a stop at the feet of the Cerro Campanario where we will take a chair lift to climb to 1050m in order to discover this mix between lacks and peninsulas. A mind-blowing panorama which will leave you reflexive. Then we will continue our circuit through the Patagonian forest in which you could discover several unforgettable and magic points of view. We will join Colonia Suiza and you will install in your hostel.

DAY 3:

BARICLOCHE – NAHUEL HUAPI LAKE – VILLA LA ANGOSTURA.
(Private Van / Collective Boat).

After the breakfast, departure in a private van for a Nahuel Huapi Lack tour, glacial vestige of more than 100km, located in the same name reserve. On its banks, you will be enchanted by several natural and typical species, and by this rich fauna which lives in there. You could also admire imperial caimans, huillins, gulls, otters or the colonial Tuco-Tuco.

We will continue our route to Villa Angostura where we will take on board a pleasure boat which allows you to discover wonderful landscapes around the Arrayanes Park. Lunch on board. At the end of the park, we will do a stop and we will take benefit of this landscape thanks to a small hiking in the famous myrtle forest.

At the begining of afternoon, we will begin our return with a walk during 3 hours, to join the pier. This hiking will allow you to observe sumptuous landscapes, luxuriant vegetation and dense fauna characteristics of Patagonia. Return in the La Villa Angostura and transfer to your hostel.

Option :

Possibility to cross the Nahuel Huapi Lack, in a private ship, with two steps during this navigation : the Victoria island where you will discover the Cerro Belle Vista, and the Quetrihué Park.

DAY 4:

Departure for the famous « 7 Lacks Road » which will allow you to discover landscapes more beautiful the ones than the others, to reach San Martin de los Andes; During this journey you will go from a point of view to another, and you will do several hiking and detours along the most beautiful sites of Argentina : Espejo Chico Lack, Traful Lack, Villarino and Falkner Lacks, Vulignanco falls, Hermoso lack or the Arrayan watchtower. This natural wealth will charm you and will leave you reflexive front of all this beauty. Installation in your hostel.

DAY 5:

TIPILIUKE – HUECHULAFQUEN and LANIN LAKES – TIPILIUKE.

After the breakfast, departure for an excursion around the Huechulafquen Lack, located on the south side of the majestic Lanin volcano. We will go along the Rio Chimehuin in order to take benefit of a wonderful and memorable view on the lack and the volcano. Then we will continue our hiking along the lack and we will enter in a forested area which will drive us in the middle of a large mountain pasture where the Huechulafquen and Paimun lacks join themselves. From this area, you will be in the Mapuche community, one of the forgotten people from Argentina, living thanks to fishing, agriculture and hunting.

From there, you have two options :

Option A : Trekking with your guide to the splendid El Saltillo fall (2h).

Option B : Excursion on the Huechulafquen lack, from Puerto Canoa to the Epulafquen lack to observe the impressive Achen Niveu volcano, and the Escorial, petrified valley’s river.

Return at the hostel.

DAY 6:

TIPILIUKE – PASO DE CORDOBA – TRAFUL LAKE – ENCHANTED VALLEY – BARILOCHE. (Private Van).

Departure for a full day to observe these enchanted landscapes which make the beauty of Patagonia. We will begin our trip along the Meliquina lack. We will do a small detour via the Filo Hua Hul lack before to go back on the Paso Meliquina road. This road, winds and towers above passes, and will allow you to discover some eccentric roc formations. You will be captivated by this sumptuous view.

Then we will go down to join the village of Villa Traful where we will do a stop at the El Viento watchtower to admire the magisterial panorama on the Traful lack just front of you. Free lunch in Traful city. Located on the Traful lack’s banks, this small village will charm you by its calm and its fishmen teasing the Goujeon. After the lunch, we will cross the Enchanted Valley where you could discover the natural strangeness through several roc forms as the Dedo de Diao, Centineal, Tren Expreso, Los Siameses and others. Then, and before to join Bariloche we will go along the Rio Limay in order to be enthusiastic front of the natural amphitheatre. Installation in your hostel.

DAY 7:

BARILOCHE – SALTA. (Plane / Private Van).

Early in the morning, departure to Bariloche airport for you flight to Buenos Aire and for your connction to Salta. Capital of the province with the same name, this city if the starting point to visit one of the most beautiful area in Argentina. Its geographical situation made a important communication centre with Chili and Bolivia, and allows to have a good climate to produce sugar, tobacco, fruits and cereals.

Upon your arrival in Salta, you will be welcomed by your guide. Transfer and installation in your hostel. Free lunch.

During the afternoon, you will discover the numerous sites which are the wealth of this city. You could discover the “Plaza 9 de Julio” with its splendid cathedral, the San Bernardo Mountain and the traditional market. A total immersion in the cultural history of Argentina which will fill you.

DAY 8:

SALTA – CACHI – ESTANCIA COLOME.

Departure to the Calchaquies Valley through tobacco plantations of the Lerma Valley and small typical villages as Cerillos, El Carril and Chicoana. This valley is without doubt one of the most beautiful site in Argentina, located in the middle of a splendid landscape composed of red mountains and wonderful sculpted roc which will be you speechless.

Then we will take the Escoipe valley where you will discover with delight a subtropical vegetation in a perfect contrast with the supernatural Andean sky. Our circuit will continue to the top of the impressive Ouest del Obispo, on the culminant point of our excursion, the Piedra del Molino (3348m) which will allow you to have a splendid view on the valley. Then we will do a detour through Los Colorados, wonderful natural amphitheatre surrounded by several multicolor mountains. We will cross the national park of Loas Cardones where the main vegetation is the Cactus Candelabra which stretches its arms in the Puna’s vegetation. After the lunch, we will visit a salt exploitation and we will continue our circuit along the Lipan coast to reach Purmamarca in the middle of the Seven Colors Hill. DAY 13:

Departure to join Salta for your flight to Buenos Aires. During this route, we will discover Jujuy city, promise of a new circuit with lots of colors. We will take the Corniche road which will drive us in a completely different landscape, in a wonderful forest of Yungas. Through this forest, you will again discover several landscapes of an extreme beauty, which will drive you to Salta where you will take your flight.

Arrival in Buenos Aires and welcome by your guide. Transfer and installation in your hostel.

DAY 14:

BUENOS AIRES CITY TOUR.

Full-day to discover Buenos Aires. This capital looks like an European city with a touch of Tango and a vintage style which give it all its charm. From a district to another, from the business centre to the Boca district, through the San Telmo district with its bars of Tango and its shops of antiques, you will discover the well-being and the simplicity of Argentina.

Also, you will visit the National Congress, the Plaza de Mayo or the Pink House. You will charmed by the beauty of the Metropolitana Cathedral and the Colon Theatre. Enjoy of this journey to discover the traditional shops and local restaurant which are the wealth of this city. Return to the hostel.

DAY 15:

BUENOS AIRES – IGUAZU FALLS. (Private Van / Plane).

Departure in a private van to the Jorge Newbery airport in Buenos Aires for your flight to Iguazu. Upon your arrival, welcome by your guide and transfer to your hostel. Then we will begin our unforgettable excursion in Iguazu Falls, one of the most important natural wealth in Argentina. You will be captivated by this unique show all over the world.

First of all, we will take a train to Garganta del Diablo station from which we will take a footbridge to reach the watchtower allowing us to admire the most impressive and magical fall of this national park. Then we will take again the train to Cataratas where we will continue our route but on foot. With the first circuit you could discover with delight the Alvar Nunez falls, the main panoramic viewpoint, the Bossetti fall and the San Martin island. At the end of this way there will be another belvedere where we will take a small boat to approach these falls and be enchanted by all this beauty.

The other circuit will allow you to appreciate with happiness the famous Devil Throat, the most mind-blowing fall. LIMA – VISIT OF THE CUSCO CITY. (3360mts) – (Avion / Véhicule Privé).

Tôt le matin, transfert à l’aéroport pour un vol à destination de Cusco. Réception et transfert à l’hôtel. “The Navel of the World” in Quechua, was the capital of the Inca´s Empire “Tawantinsuyu”. The legend tells that the city was found in XI or XII century by Manco Capac and Mama Oqllo, both were born at the Titicaca Lake, selected by the god to build this wonderful civilization.

Day dedicated at the discovery of Cusco and it sites. We will begin our visit by the sun temple “Qorikancha”, and the Cathedral, it construction begun in 1560 and finished in 1669. During the afternoon, we will go the 4 Incas ruins: Tambornachay Q’enko – Pukapucara – Sacsayhuaman. Return to Cusco, to discover the picturesque area of “San Blas”. Return to your hotel.

Monasterio Hostel,

The monastery was found in 1595 on the Inca Amaru Qhala palace site. In 1598, it became the San Antonio Abad seminary according the Cusco bishop’s decision, Antonio de la Raya Lordship, who wanted to train catholic priests. Return to the Aguacalientes railway station at 16h30 to Ollantaytambo.

DAY 21:

OLLANTAYTAMBO – MORAY – MARAS – CHINCHERO – CUSCO. (Véhicule privé).

Early in the morning, we will follow our road to go to the surprising « Salinas de Maras » salt water sources which have been flowed for centuries and still unexploited by the local population who rent one or several parcels.

From this place, we will discover Moray, Amphitheatre composed by several terraces disposed on concentric circles. In fact, it was an Inca agricultural research centre where was practiced cultural experience. Each terrace creates a microclimate where it’s possible to cultivate more than 250 plant’s varieties.

The Chinchero village based in Cusco campaign was entirely built, like Ollantaytambo, in Inca bases. To “Tupac Yupanqui” could repose himself during his displacement. It’s one of the rare villages who still own today, Incas traces. Its Church or all these terraces are the proof. Return to Cusco. Installation at your hostel.

In the morning, departure to Lima. In the Lima airport, you will be welcomed by a Novalys representative who will help you for the direct transfer to Iquitos.

Upon your arrival in Inquitos, reception by your guide who will drive you, with a private van, to the Nautonier’s river port, on the Rio le Spondias Banks, where Delfin will be there for you.

After your installation we will weight anchor and you will begin your cruise.

Towards 20h00, meeting on the deck to introduce the cruise company. Our naturalist guides will explain you with details your stay. Then a local products dinner will be offer to you.

Before to take advantages of the beautiful Amazonian night, our competent team will share with you a musical evening and a wonderful fruit cocktail.

DAY 23:

BELLUDA CAÑO – RIO DORADO. (Cruise).

Towards 07 am, buffet breakfast in which you could discover an important variety of local products.

According to the rainy season we will begin the day :

Point A :

We will take on board of the secondary boats to explore the Belluda Caño branch where the vegetation of each banks is mixed. During this cruise we could see a large variety of Bromelias.

Point B :

Boat-ride, approximately one hour, where we will discover this forest still intact before our arrival in a dark lagoon where two dugouts are waiting for us, for an oar walk, to make the most of the nature silence and the bird sounds. You could also discover a typical Amazonian fish, “El Paiche”, which can reach 80 kg.

Return on board and lunch.

Towards 3h30 pm, we will arrive in our new destination, the Dorado river, which means the beginning of our exploration in this huge biodiversity of fauna and flora. The aim of this discovery is to see the Pink and Grey Dolphin, one of the only one to live in these waters. You could also discover several monkey species, Toucan and Parrots with one thousand and one colors.

At 07H00 pm return on the boat. Dinner on board. Free evening.

DAY 24:

PUINAHUA – PACAYA RIVER – ATUN POZA LACK. (Cruise).

6:30 Am. Breakfast and departure for a long walk in the Amazonian forest where your guide will present you the developing projects of the area. We will visit one of these projects when inhabitants plant palms to obtain oil, and create artificial turtle’s nets to protect their eggs.

Immediately we will sink into the jungle to find a wild life. Our naturalist guide will show you several medicinal plants. Return on board for the lunch.

Towards 3:00pm : Expedition to observe monkeys, Dolphins and Caymans. You could appreciate two different kinds of dolphins living in soft water. You will be surprised by an important variety of primates as 13 monkey species living in the national park. This moment will be devoted to the discovery of an unusual fauna and flora. Return on the boat where we will spend the evening.

DAY 25:

CARO CURAHUAYTE LACK – FISHING TOUR. (Cruise).

After your breakfast, you will leave the boat to visit a wonderful lagoon where you could realize an unusual fishing, the Piranha, which can reach an impressive size in this area : an unique moment to share. If your fishing is successful, the chief will know to cook it according to your desires.

You will also the opportunity to discover lots of tucan, monkeys and parrots. During the route, we will do a little break to feed the famous Pink Dolphin, an important moment of this cruise. From this place you will go down the river to Iquitos.

In the afternoon, optional visit of the « Ribereña » community where your guide and you will be deep in customs and traditions of this fishermen village.

For them who wish to stay on board during the afternoon, you could appreciate the landscape or take a break with your favorite book. 8:00pm end cruise dinner.

Leaving these marvelous moments behind you, you could share this moment with the others travelers or just face to face.

DAY 26:

PUERTO MIGUE COMMUNITY – NAUTA HARBOUR – IQUITOS – LIMA. (Cruise / plane).

6 :30am. Early departure on the Ucayali River to join the Yurucuche Lake. Small walking through the forest to discover aquatic plants, the tallest in the world : “the Royal victories”. You will one of the only persons to see this show. Return on the boat for the breakfast.

This morning, the DelfinII will sail to and fro across the national reserve limits of Pacaya Samiria, a dense vegetation on five millions of acres. In this place, intersection between two of the largest rivers, the Ucayali and the Spondias, you could see one of the most important falls in the world.

From there, we will join a location filled with Port le Pré natives, where you could share with the local inhabitants of this far away part of the world and know more about their cultures, traditions and folklore. Before the departure, you will have the possibility to discover their local art and do some purchasing. Return on board.

Lunch, the last of this unforgotten stay. A perfect mix between nature, comfort, elegance and feelings.

Return of the ground and connexion for a flight to Lima. Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by a Novalys representative who will drive you to your hostel.

Lima / Iquitos : Lan Peru Flight Nº2383 at 6:00pm, arrival at 07:40pm.

DAY 27:

VISITE DE LA VILLE – VOL INTERNATIONAL. (Aéroport international Jorge Chavez).

From 9.00 Am, we will join the Lima historic center, Unesco site from 1991. Before to visit the San Francisco convent, we will discover the San Martin Place, the Weapons Place and its cathedral. These examples of a colonial, Neo Classique, Art Deco and New Art architectures will you be travel through the time.

* Novalys will invite you for your departure lunch at the « La Rosa Nautica » restaurant.

Suggestion :

After the lunch possibility to visit Barranco, an old fishermen village. This district is today a seaside, very attractive for foreign and local people. It is the romantic, bohemian and night owl area of Lima. Transfer to your hostel. Trois heures avant le vol, transfert à l’aéroport Jorge Chavez pour votre vol international.
